关于图的边染色方面的一些结果

Abstract Some lower bound on the number of edges of graphs critical with respect to edge-coloring are obtained .It is proved that planar graph conjecture is true if a planar graph has no 4-cycke or no two 3-faces incident with a common vertex.

非矩形区域上非线形抛物线型方程组的

Abstract Because of the secret key of a RSA cryptosystem dÎ Zj （n）,the secret sharing schemes of the previous threshold RSA cryptosystems were set up over the ring Zj （n）.But a natural difficulty is that Zj （n）is not a field j （n）and the must be kept secret. The methods to surmount these difficulties need place rigorous restrictions on the structures of the RSA modulus n and can cause continuous multiplications of large integers or need an algebraic extension of the ring Zj （n）.We present a new threshold TSA scheme which instead of the ring Zj （n）,a general large prime filed Zr is used and the background structure to set up the (t, l ) threshold scheme .And then ,the above difficulties are overcome and the scheme presented is more practical and efficient. Abstract The high pressure state equations are determined from the experimental results on the pressure dependence of the g-factor and crystal structure. The pressure dependence of the g-factor of Co2+: ZnSiF6× 6H2O has been investigated by adopting the method of complete diagonlization and using the state equations .The theoretical results agree well with experimental findings.

The results obtained were discussed .The growth rate and thickness of oxide film on the intrinsic (AlxGa1-x）yIn1-yP surface exposed in the ambient air were studied. A linear dependent of oxide film thickness to time was obtained. Abstract The fundamental reflectivity spectrum of HgCdTe has been investigated.The feature of the spectrum is the presence of E1 and E2 peaks in the fundamental absorption region. The lower energy peak can be split into a double (E1 and E1+D 1).A three-dimensional saddle point is used to fit E1 and E1+D 1the critical point and some simulated calculation is done for E2 at X point .The calculated results are compared with the measured results and prominent features of the dielectric spectra are identified with critical-point transitions at and X points in Brillouin zone.

Abstract The behavior of the gain of two-wave mixing in KNSBN crystal in the temperature range of 300-400K was investigated.The experimental results and theoretical analysis show that there exists a certain temperature for a given exprimental geometry,where the gain reaches its maximum value.When the temperature increases from room's to 360K,the gain increases by at least a fact of 2.

摘要 以过硫酸铵（APS）为引发剂，对丙烯酸甲酯（MA）的乳液聚合进行了研究，得到了MA/H2O重量比为0.5、60° C时合成粒径分布均匀的聚丙烯酸甲酯（PMA）种子乳液的最佳配方.以PMA 乳液为种子，以油溶性偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂，分别进行不溶胀与溶胀条件下醋酸乙烯酯（VA）的种子乳液聚合，以磷钨酸为染色剂，用透射电子显微镜（TEM）对胶粒形态进行了表征. 关键词 种子乳液聚合；胶粒形态；油溶性引发剂 中图分类号 O631Seeded Emulsion Polymerization of Vinyl Acetate onto Polymethyl
Acrylate Initiated by 2,2’-Azobisisobutyronitrile

Abstract Ploymethyl acrylate(PMA) latex particle with narrow diameter distribution as first prepared by batch process with ammonium persulfate as an initiator, then the two-stage emulsion polymerization of vinylacetate(VA) onto PMA were carried out by using oil-soluble initiator2,2?azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) under unswelling and swelling conditions at 60 ° C for 8hs.The ratio polymer to water is 1/2 at complete conversion,and the ratios of monomer to seeded polymer vary for all polymerizations. Particle size and morphologies were characterized by TEM with phosphotungsticacid(PTA) as dying agent.

top红外光谱法研究聚硅氯化铝混凝剂的结构特性

摘要 制备不同碱化度（B）和不同（Si/Al）摩尔比的系列聚硅氯化铝（PASC）混凝剂，进行常压干燥（干燥温度105° C）得固体产品.用红外光谱法研究了碱化度、Si/Al摩尔比对PASC结构的影响.结果表明，PASC聚合形态结构取决于碱化度及摩尔比的大小，随着B值增大和Si/Al摩尔比的减少，聚硅酸与铝离子及铝的水解络合产物之间的相互作用减弱. 关键词 PASC混凝剂；IR 光谱；碱化度；Si/Al 中图分类号 O657.33IR Study the Structrual Characteristics of Polyaluminium

Abstract A series of polyaluminum silicate chlorides(PASC)with different basicity (B) and Si/Al molar ratio were prepared and dried a 105° C.The effect of basicity and Si/Al on the structure of polymeric degree of PASC by IR spectrum.The experimental results show that the structure of polymeric degree of PASC is related to the basicity and Si/Al molar ratio. With the increase of B and the decrease of Si/Al molar ratio, the interaction between polysilicic acid aluminum and aluminum hydrolysis polymers becomes weak.

top GF-AAS 光谱分析锗的热稳定性及抗干扰能力 冯素萍 陈荣礼 曾利容 周 波 （山东大学实验中心）（山东大学化学系）（济南进出口商品检验局） 摘要 GF-AAS法测试生物样品中微量锗的主要干扰因素及其消除方法.采用了Pd（NO3）2和LiNO3复合基体改进剂加Ba（NO3）2辅助基体改进剂，锗的热稳定性及体系的抗干扰能力远高于采用单一基体改进剂.灰化温度达1 600° C，未见锗挥发损失.试样中NaCl量达6.0g/L，Na2SO4量高达600 mg/L也未干扰锗的测定.此法用于实际样品分析效果良好.用XRD确证了Pd（NO3）2存在下锗在石墨管内加热至1 200° C的灰化产物为锗钯金属化合物. 关键词 复合基体改进剂；石墨炉原子吸收；锗 中图分类号 O614Study on the Thermostability and the Interferece-Resisting

Abstract Various matrix interferences on the determination of trace germanium in biological samples were studied by GF-AAS.The thermostability and the interference-resisting property of germanium were increased remarkly when Pd(NO3)2 and Li(NO3)2 were used as a complixing matrix modifiers and Pd(NO3)2 as a supplementary matrix modifier.There is no loss of Ge when the ashing temperature increase to1 600° C and there is no interferences .The ashing product is Ge-Pd intermetallic compound when their nitrates were heated simultaniously up to 1 200° C in the graphite furmace by XRD.

摘要 Hedgehog（hh）家族基因编码一类分泌性信号分子，在果蝇的体节和成虫盘等的图式形成和脊椎动物脊索、神经管、体节和肢等的发育中起着关键作用.报道了用整体原位杂交方法，研究了不同发育时期文昌鱼胚胎和幼体hh基因表达图式的结果，并对文昌鱼hh基因的功能hh家族同源基因功能的演化进行了讨论. 关键词 文昌鱼；hh基因；表达图式；发育 中图分类号 Q344Expression Pattern of Hedgehog Gene in Qingtao Amphioxus

（Inst.of Develop.Biol.,School of Life Sci.,Shandong Univ.,Jinan）Abstract The hedgehog(hh) family genes encode a kind of secreted signaling molecule that plays a central roles in the patterning of Drosophila segment and imaginal discs,vertebrates embryonic neural tube, somites ,and limbs. Here DIG-labeled RNA probe was synthesized using the 621bp fragment as the template and the expression of amphioxus hh gene were detected in the presumed notochord. In 24-48 hs larvae ,hh expression was seen through the notochord. A column of hh-expressing cells was detected at the ventral midline of the neural tube, probably the floor plate cell. These results showed that amphioxus hedgehog gene may function in the development of amphioxus notochord and neural tube, similar to its vertebrate homolog sonic hedgehog.

top棘孢小单胞菌原生质体的融合育种

摘要 以小诺霉素产生菌棘孢小单胞菌为出发菌株，诱变筛选得到一株链霉素抗性菌株，其原生质体分别用紫外线照射和热处理致死，通过单亲致死原生质体融合，以链霉素为选择条件选出融合株，经摇瓶发酵并结合薄层层析扫描分析.筛得4株MCR百分含量达到90%，效价1 076u/mL，分别比亲株提高15%和11%. 关键词 棘孢小单胞菌；小诺霉素；原生质体融合；薄层层析扫描 中图分类号 Q933Study of Protoplast Fusion of Micromonospora
Echinospora Producing Strain

（State Key Lab.of Microbiol Tech.,Shandong Univ.,Jinan）Abstract Micromonospora echinospora, a micronomicin producer, was mutated then screened a streptomicin resistance strain .The fusion bodies were screened with the protoplast of single parent strain inactivation by UV and heat, respectively. Four strains of higher MCR percentage than their parent strains by fermentation and thin layer charomatography analysis are gotten. The MCR percentage and titer were higher than their parent strains,15% and 11% respectively.

top单倍体小麦与簇毛麦的不要对称体细胞杂交

Abstract Protoplasts isolated from anther-derived calli of common wheat(Triticum aestivum,cv24-2)were frsed with UV-treated protoplasts isolated from young embryo-derived calli of Haynaldia villosa by PEG method. The regenerated calli were verified by morphological inspection, chromosome counting, isozyme analysis and RAPD analysis. The results confirmed that 4 cell clones formed early are somatic hybrids and RAPD approach is proposed as a convenient toll for early identification of fusion products.

Abstract NaCl and NaCl+pressure on seedlings of cotton and saltbush was investigated that it can remarkably decrease the relative leaf expansion rate,transpiration,osmotic potential in xylem sap,K+contentin leaves and xylem sap ,but the permeability of plasma membrane Na+ content in leaves and xylem sap increase.
